SOUL SLAP!! Day 8 and Day 9 have been a HUGE breakthrough for me! Even though I have worked on letting go of self sabotage patterns, 'accepting' and changing them to move forward, I realized how much i was still giving energy to the story keeping myself stuck in it and repeating the past. I realized I’m in control! Let it go and let it flow. I heard: have you had enough of this yet? I laughed and cried… I deeply felt the Truth is Simple. Soul Flow. I shifted my perception: what if I ACCEPT my TRUTH, embrace my SOUL instead of accepting the patterns? 💥😮

I loved Day 19. Today I had the honor of going to lunch with a very dear friend. She said she was having difficulty of letting go of a relationship and stated that she wanted to let it go, as I did with my brother. WOW Harry, everything thus far that I have learned, I was able to apply. Listened, allowed her to express her concerns.
By the time we were done with lunch, she was determine to cut the cord of that relationship and know that she was free even though she loves that person. Thanks Harry.
